Lawrence (Larry)'s Story
Larry Shelton, skinniest kid on the varsity football squad. Maybe we played 10 games that first year there was an Eastside High School. If it was 10 games, we were 0-9-1. We tied JL Mann the last game of the season and that was the best! I remember being regrettably popular in 10th grade.
Made up for that in 11th grade, didn't date anybody even once. Gave up football, wrestling, and popularity for reefer, poetry, and rock-n-roll. I let my hair grow, and I'm pretty sure I wore the same shirt to school every day that year!

So, now, several lifetimes later... I live in a wilderness area, about a 3 mile hike in from the pavement, in a Lean-To, in Vermont. I guess I kinda reverted back to the 11th grade...
I am in love with life. I find inspiration in nature. I'm an avid reader (by candlelight!). I've got three grown daughters, who are among my best friends.
I would enjoy hearing from any of my classmates. I hope this finds you well and happy.
